We sell digital products, so you do not have to return anything if you wish to get a refund.

We issue refunds for digital products within 3 days of the original purchase of the product.

Refunds may be issued only under certain circumstances.

You’re unable to read our eBook on your device

The eBook name/cover is different than the actual content of the book

Please note that eBooks are digital products. To avoid fraud and invalid claims, we may refuse to provide a refund without showing any reason.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

বাংলা ই-বুক পাঠক ও লেখকদের সাথে যুক্ত হতে পেরে আমরা ভীষণ আনন্দিত। বাংলা বইকে বিশ্বব্যাপী ছড়িয়ে দেয়ার লক্ষ্য নিয়ে এবং পাঠককে স্বল্প মূল্যে এবং সহজে বইয়ের কাছাকাছি নিয়ে আসার উদ্দেশ্যে আমরা কাজ করে যাচ্ছি। যারা বইয়ের পোকা তাদেরকে অভিনন্দন আর যারা এখনো কোনো বই পড়েননি আমাদের সংগ্রহ থেকে অন্তত একটা বই পড়ে দেখার আমন্ত্রণ রইলো।

স্মার্ট ফোনে পড়ার সুবিধার জন্য আমাদের সকল বই ই-পাব সংস্করণ। বই ডাউনলোড করার পর প্লে-স্টোর থেকে রিড এরা (Read Era) নামক অ্যাপটি ডাউনলোড করে নিতে হবে।
